Rules & Regulations: Artists participating in the 2017 CST are excluded from winning. No purchase is necessary to win. Entrants must be 18 years of age and need not be present to win. Two winners will be selected at a random drawing the Saturday evening of the tour, Two winners will be selected at a random drawing three weeks after the tour, Two winners will be selected at a random drawing the evening one month prior to the start of a new tour. The “County Collector Cash" must be redeemed by the listed ticket holder in person and used towards the purchase of artwork from a participating artist in the 2017 County Studio Tour. “County Collector Cash” must be redeemed by a year and the first day of the month it was awarded. “County Collector Cash” has no monetary value. The decision of the County Studio Tour shall be final on all matters concerning the County Collector Cash.
