Lin Webber is a contemporary realist working in watercolor. She paints the farmsteads of the Brandywine Valley with close attention to detail. In addition to rural landscapes, Lin is fascinated by the sea and wooden sailing vessels. She frequently paints the buildings that line the shore of her native New England leaning toward the humble rather than the stately. Still Life, Flowers, Birds and Animals are all part of her repetoire. Lin has found inspiration from her involvement with two local groups of artist: The Artists Circle and Flying Colors Fine Atists. She was the featured artist for the Healing Artworks project at Chester County Hospital in 2012. Lin is one of the artists profiled in Catherine Quillman's '100 artists of the Brandywine Valley.'
