Stephen Brehm holds a BFA from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. He was featured in Philadelphia Style Magazine and has received numerous honors for his oil paintings. He exhibits extensively at outdoor art festivals in the northeast, midwest and Florida, and has gallery representation in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Stephen is moved by the effects light and atmosphere as he captures a simple moment in time. His paintings develop from a thin underpainting into a rich and lively surface using both brushes and palette knives. Each piece takes on a mind of its own as he explores his way through the painting.
